Working Shed Fire:

About 1400hrs on 12/08/09 a reported structure fire was dispatched to St Johnsburg and Bergholz at the Old Petting Zoo Shed in Oppenheim Park. Upon arrival of 20M7A a 20'X20' shed was fully engulfed. Fire was fought exterior only and was out in less than 20 minutes. Fire Investigators were there shortly after initial dispatch and is on going. All units were clear within an hour. Apparatus on scene: 20E1, 20M2, 20A8, 3E5, 32M1, 32A, 32-6, NCSD, and NYSP

Upper Mountain Fatal MVA(11-15-09)

At 1738 hours Upper Mountain was alerted to a car which struck a tree on Lewiston Road near the Power Authority. 26M7A called on location reporting one patient requiring heavy extrication and requested Mercy Flight. Mercy Flight was reported unavailable by Niagara County Fire Control. 26M7A updated with a possible trauma code and requested Lewiston #1's Jaws of Life.. Patient was pronounced at the scene. Mutual aid companies included Lewiston #1 and Niagara Active.

Apparatus on location: 26E2, 26M1, 26R2, 26R9, 7E1, 7M7, 7M11, 12E2, 12M11, 12M12, Town of Lewiston Police, NYSP, NYSPP

MVA w/ejection:
Hartland Firefighters responded this morning for a report of a MVA near 8514 Ridge Rd. 33M7A went on location reporting a 1 car rollver MVA & requested Miller Hose ALS to the scene & Mercy Flight with the LZ @ Hartland Fire Hall. Tri-Community Unit 1 transported the victim from the scene to the LZ. Dispatch Audio

The Adams Fire Department is hosting its monthly Farmers breakfast's THE SECOND SUNDAY IN EACH MONTH, cost is 8.00 to adults and children eat free. Time period is 9-1pm. No presale tickets are required, pay at the door. Foood includes but is not limited to: Hash Browns, Pancakes, French Toast, Scrambled Eggs, Sausage and Ham...also danish, dounuts and other desserts are served all for the 8.00 price.

Working Fire:
Miller Hose Firefighters responded this afternoon for a report of a structure fire at 2749 S Main St @ Mills Automotive. 11M7 went on location reporting a working fire and requested Olcott to the scene. Command further requested Wrights Corners 30A8 to the scene. Barker provided fill in @ Olcott & South Wilson filled in @ Millers Hose.
